Welcome to Instantish. This Privacy Policy governs our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect on visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy applies to https://tryfabric.co (hereinafter, “instantish”, "fabric", "us", or "we"). Please read our privacy policy before accessing our website. Use of our website signifies that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Instantish takes your privacy seriously. We are guided by and follow “Privacy by Design” concepts. We do not collect your data unless it is for a specific business purpose that is (1) necessary for communication with our users; (2) used to manage and improve our product(s), or (3) ensure our users have the best experience possible.

Website Visitors

To protect your privacy, Instantish does not directly collect information from website visitors that are not logged into our system or request access to our system. We respect web browser-based privacy controls and “do not track” features. We do not use tracking pixels on our website. With visitors that opt-in to request access to our system, we collect name, email address, and information regarding the use of Slack or GitHub as part of the request process.

Visitors That Login to Our Services

We collect some personally identifying information (PII) on users that authenticate themselves into our system. Users that log into Instantish will have their username, email address, and login session stored in our database. As with most websites, Instantish uses basic web cookies and similar technology to facilitate web-sessions of those who have logged into our website. These cookies help to personalize your content and store your preferences on your computer.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Instantish uses cookies to help Instantish identify and track visitors, their usage of Instantish, and their website access preferences. Instantish’s WebHost may collect information about website visitors on their own. This information may include your IP address, browser type, length of visit, and other information. Instantish does not control nor govern the collection of this data, although in some cases it is made available to us. Logging and monitoring of Instantish App

As per the GitHub Security Review Policy, The Instantish App must has logging and monitoring capabilities. App logs are retained for at least 30 days and archived for at least one year. The log includes: (1) Authentication and authorization events; (2) Service configuration changes; (3) Object reads and writes; (4) All user and group permission changes; (5) Elevation of role to admin; (6) Consistent timestamping for each event; and (7) Source users, IP addresses, and/or hostnames for all logged actions.

Instantish may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of every site you visit. Right to Know, Modify, or Delete Your Information

You may contact us to inquire about what information Instantish has stored on you. If you have submitted information via our website or web service and believe the information is inaccurate, we will modify that information for you. If you would like your personal information deleted from our systems, please contact us and we will take steps to delete your information as soon as is feasible. However, there may be times in which we must keep some of your personal information for legal, regulatory, or statutory purposes.
